Chef Yeo Kian Tiong has a BSc in Microbiology from the University of Texas in Austin and BA in Culinary Arts from Le Corden Bleu Culinary Academy, both in USA. His creativity, enthusiasm and passion in food has led him to travel extensively as he continuously add to his repertoire and versatility as a chef. His experience spans across Italian, Cantonese and Japanese menus, and he has setup well-known names in Singapore like Xi Yan, Sumi Yakitori, Ramen Monster and most recently Cornerstone (below). He is also the author of Cooking Classics China.
